RETURN- REFUND POLICY

Authenticity Guarantee

At milabeaute.com, we only stock authentic products that are made in our own manufacturing facility or our authorised manufacturing units. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products.

All our products go through rigorous rounds of stability and testing. However, we still recommend you to do a patch test before using any product.

If you have any concerns about the authenticity of any of the items you have purchased from us or are considering purchasing, please contact us directly by emailing us at support@milabeaute.com and we will be happy to address your concerns.

Returns policy

Mila Beauté offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 48 hours of its delivery. You can file the return/replacement only in case of damaged/missing/wrong product. Kindly note that parcel unboxing video is mandatory. You have to raise a return/replacement within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@milabeaute.com) within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and brown shipping box or unboxing videos with the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process once the products are received in their original packaging with their seal, labels and barcodes intact.

Special instructions for reverse pickup: The reverse product will be assigned within 24-48 hours and the product will be picked in another 2-4 working days.

After the product is picked along with the packaging box. Proper due diligence of the received item(s) will be done at our warehouse and then the refunds will be initiated.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the amount as per invoice. If there’s a free gift included in the order, then it is a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

In case of one or more defective products in your order, please register a single complaint as the return/replacement will be arranged only once.

A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Used or open sealed products
  • In case you change your mind (not liking or not required)
  • Returned without original packaging including, shipping box, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damage
  • Serial Number is tampered with
  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 48 hours of order delivery
  • Free product provided by brand
  • Products included in the Gifts Kit/Set/Combos/Value Packs are not individually eligible for returns or replacement. It will be replaced as a whole only in case of damage or defect
  • In case of Partial Shipment received, you will have to share the unboxing video which clearly shows that some item(s) is/are missing in the Shipment. After due diligence, missing product shall be delivered to you Free of Cost. However, whole shipment will not be taken in retrun

All Products under the Sale or Clearance Section are not eligible for returns or replacement unless an item is received in a damaged/defective condition or you have been sent a wrong product.

Terms and conditions of Freebies.

Freebies, its products or shades are subject to availability.

Freebies can be altered as per brands preference or inventory availability.

Replacement & refund of Freebies are not allowed.

These terms are valid for vanity as well.

Refunds Policy

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which milabeaute.com receives returned goods. In case of prepaid order through Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded back to the account from which it was paid within 7-10 working days.

In case of cash on delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you or via UPI transfer. This process will be completed within 7-10 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and Shipping Charges (if applicable) are not refundable.

Cancellation policy

An order can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped yet. In case you change your mind, you can cancel the product within 2 hrs of order placement. You can send us an email on support@milabeaute.com with reasons for cancellation and we will help you in cancelling the order.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 24 hrs to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same by email.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse (Applicable only in the case where you have raised the cancelation request within 2 hours of order placement)

Note: Any single product in the kit/set/value packs cannot be replaced or returned.
